Hello TIF Advisory Board members: I'm sorry I was unable to attend yesterday's meeting because of a dentist appointment. But Iam happy Jason Delmue was able to attend and comment, and perhaps clear up some miscommunication. I need to apologize to David Fine and Jesse DiTomasso for my comment implying that theyhave somehow not been honoring the wishes of the NE neighborhood vis-a-vis our NURD TIF priorities. In fact, they have been very responsive to the neighborhood and have engaged meand other core members multiple times. The truth is I somehow missed or forgot the December email from Jesse in which she did communicate regarding a potential pocket parknorth of Tamarack in the N. Church ROW. Thank you for your creative solution to preserve an option along the creek north of Tamarack as well as to keep flexible what—if anything—might happen south of Tamarack. As Jason indicated, NENA is very interested in having more conversation with the City andthe Bozeman Creek Vision Plan partners about improving this parcel of land to create a new green space highlighting Bozeman Creek. Also relevant will be recent information regardingthe Light Conversion project. Thank you. With my best, Amy KelleyHoitsma, NENA President
