I am writing to the Community Development Board and City Commission to voice my strongopposition to the proposed R-B zoning for the Hanson Lane annexation, Application 25775. As a resident at 3559 Annie Street, I walk and bike through this specific area daily. My partnerand I chose this home because of the quiet, open feel of the Harvest Creek neighborhood, and the prospect of five-story, high-density buildings looming over our single-family streets isdevastating. This proposal represents textbook spot zoning. Every property surrounding this parcel consists of low-density residential homes. Transitioning abruptly to R-B zoning ignoresthe established character of our community and sets a dangerous precedent for the entire Fowler corridor. Triana
