Regarding land between oak and durston for Fowler. Fowler needs to be 4 lanes from oak to Babcock with traffic
lights so people can get out of their neighborhood. There are no major North/south thoroughfares between oak and
Ferguson and those are already severely overloaded. The remaining small parcel of land should be walking
paths/park. Please do not increase the already dangerous speeding traffic through neighborhoods. We don’t need
more expensive condos shoved in an already overcrowded space with a thousand new homes west and north of the
land. A builder wouldn’t be able to afford to build low cost condos/housing within the small strip of land. Please
value traffic flow and controls over quick cash for builders and realtors.
