I’m writing to oppose the proposed high-rise development along Fowler.
While I support adding housing, this project feels misaligned with current infrastructure andneighborhood context. The west side already struggles with traffic and winter conditions, and
this level of density will only intensify those issues without clear upgrades.
Recent high-density projects have also failed to meaningfully improve affordability for local
residents, raising concerns about who this development is truly serving.
I urge the City to reconsider or significantly scale back this proposal to better align with
Bozeman’s long-term sustainability and community needs.
