Dear Commissioner Bode -
Thank you for raising the question tonight about ethics and global impacts as they pertain to the City’s use ofArtificial Intelligence (AI). Thank you further for pressing for a facilitated conversation among the CityCommission on this topic. AI’s touted efficiency and cost savings should never trump the authenticity, creativity,and intentionality of human resources. We, as a global society and local community should remain aware and actaccordingly given AI's known, suspected, and unintended consequences.
