Dear Commissioner Bode-
Thank you for raising the question tonight about ethics and global impacts as they pertain to the City's use of
Artificial Intelligence(AI).Thank you further for pressing for a facilitated conversation among the City
Commission on this topic.AI's touted efficiency and cost savings should never trump the authenticity,creativity,
and intentionality of human resources.We,as a global society and local community should remain aware and act
accordingly given AI's known,suspected,and unintended consequences.
