Dear City Commissioners,
Please approve funding to begin the vitally important Frontage Road Corridor. These smalltwo segments of path will be important in keeping bikers, walkers and drivers safe in our
community and continue to celebrate the spirit of the outdoors. As someone who lives on thewest side and uses a bike for both commuting and fun, this segment will provide safer access
to areas of Bozeman that I would otherwise not ride to.
On Saturday, I rode my bike up Hyalite and then met my husband at MAP brewing. When Iconsidered riding home the question came up of safest routes. THe bike path on Valley Center
or bike lane on Baxter were the most ideal but how to get there from MAP. Were there a bikepath on frontage road to safely get me to Valley Center that would have been the easy answer.
Don't delay, make this a priority to our community.
