One solution besides lowering the speed limit on busy streets with multiple pedestrian
crossings is to have roving police officers actually ticket speeders, no warnings I knowspeed traps are very unpopular but they do work and enforcing the speed limit is certainly one
way to cut down on pedestrian and bicycle deaths.
