To whom it concerns, I am a homeowner in Harvest Creek subdivision and I am reaching out to protest against the proposed zoning district of R-B and would rather support a R-A zoning district. I feel that themax density and building height allowed in R-B is too high considering the other adjacent zoning districts. I understand that it is a challenge with Harvest Creek being allsingle family homes but I think the R-B zoning would be too high of a step up in building height and density compared to Harvest Creek and Partridge Downs subdivision. Ibelieve this would potentially be detrimental to those communities with increased levels of vehicle traffic, lack of parking onsite and would certainly change the character of the aeriallandscape for the worse.
