I lived in this neighborhood for 20 years and enjoy the peaceful and happy surroundings in Harvest Creek including our neighborhood park. Placing a 45 ft development on the east side of our nice neighborhood results in too much blockage of the skyline as well as the development being right against the back yard fences of homes on the east boundry of Harvest creek! There isn't even a street between the Harvest Creek back yards and the proposed R-B zoned development. Incredible. The land was sold with the stipulation for much less density of development and is better suited for R-A zoning. To summarize, where is the gain in ruining peoples homes where they have lived 20 years in peace by over building a R-B 45 ft development? We don't live in Bozeman for this kind of dis respect for its home owners and citizens. There are other open lands in Bozeman which aren't directly adjacent to backyard fences that can be developed as R-B zoning. The city doesn't have to ruin the very houses that Montana citizens live in and have invested all of their money in. What is the purpose of cramming in a R-B 45ft development into a space better suited for R-A development? Greed? Best Regards, Bill Dobler
