Bozeman City Study Commissioners:
Although I can’t attend the March 25th study commission meeting today, I want to listen
to the recording when it’s available. Will the recording be available soon after the
meeting?
Here is my preliminary comment. I support continuing with a charter form of government
and the commission- city manager structure. I support maintaining the number of city
commissioners at five and electing the mayor at large. I support the concept of dividing
the city into four wards or districts. So far, I support nomination of commissioners by
district and election of commissioners at large. I realize these issues are complex and I
would appreciate hearing more about them from the commissioners, Dan Clark, and
other members of the public. In the meantime, I’ll review the documents available for
the meeting today.
