Another parcel (less than 5 acres) is another project for suggested housing. Finally, another parcel has been recently annexed and under investigation for zoning. What are the impacts on the future development of these separate parcels if they are development in a "vacuum" How would going forward without a common plan work in this scenario? How would the road design impact the housing design? What about the newly annexed property? Prior notice and study would help identify and address any impact; otherwise, this is PIECEMEAL zoning. It is not generally accepted land use practice to do piecemeal zoning. If the city followed standard land use practices, the city would have pre-zoned this area signaling to the public the probable use. Without a concise approach no one is really clear If you would like to submit additional documents (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .gif, .jpg, .png, .rtf, .txt) along with your comment, you may alternately address comments@bozeman.net directly to ensure receipt of all information.
