In our haste to get the Spring 2026 issue to your inbox, we left out one important
detail: the correct link. And as amazing as the last issue was, sending you to it again
seems a bit redundant. Our apologies for the confusion, and here's the correct link
for Spring. Enjoy.
If Montana's crazy weather this year hasn't made it easy to tell if spring is here, the
latest issue of State of the Arts definitely will. In it, we're lifting up voices from around
the state: through photography, the written word, in song and poetry, and the visual
arts.
In the issue:
Students at the Two Eagle River School in Pablo are putting their photographic skills
on display—in the school, on the streets of New York City, and at the J. Paul Getty
Museum.

Across the Big Sky, independent bookstores provide more than a source for the
written word—they provide space for vibrant expression, civil discourse, and civic
engagement.
Montana's Poetry Out Loud competition crowned a new champion last month, and
added written verse to its core mission of sharing great words greatly spoken.
High school students also express themselves through visual art, with the proof on full
display at Kalispell's Glacier Art Museum.
Also, there's a full slate of arts events in the spring calendar, plus book and
music reviews, and more. Read it today!
