Dear Bozeman City Commission,
I write in support of adopting an Interim Zoning Ordinance, Montana Code Ann. Section 76-2-306, to update and strengthen the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (NCOD)
guidelines as requirements and limitations on the Unified Development Code. I write insupport of a building moratorium on large developments within NCOD areas of the City of
Bozeman during the Interim Zoning Ordinance, and for such regulatory requirements as anenforceable height limitation of no more than 45 feet, with the option of extending to 60 feet
through a variance process. Thank you for your consideration.
