Dear City Commission,
I am contacting you concerning the Fowler High Rise Project. I am totally against this
project. For one, the land the city purchased, where you plan to build the high-rise is
supposed to be kept as open space as per the buy-sell agreement. The fact that the city is
going ahead with this and not adhering to this agreement is very disheartening. Do you not
have any integrity? How sad to think that our city government is corrupt and willing to do
things that are illegal and the only way to get you to hold up your end of the agreement is for
you to have a lawsuit against you. This is despicable. Your proposed building venture will
also not only NOT be aHordable, but no one in their right mind would be foolish enough to
buy a home where you do not own the land it sits on. The 1.67 parking space per unit is
also ridiculous. This will flood the adjacent neighborhood with overflow cars from this
project. We have plenty of high-rise apartments with vacancies ALL over Bozeman! Quit
ruining our city!
