Hello, i have been in Bozeman for 26 years and understand why people want to live and work
here. What I cant understand is how it is being exploited. Things are beyond out of controlwith infill, NO PARKING, lack of affordability, lack of natural trees, shade and VIEWS!
Where has it all gone?? And who is ALLOWING it??PLEASE for the sake of this sweet town's future, please do something now and adopt an
interim zoning ordinance (MCA 76-2-306) to implement a moratorium on large developmentsuntil NCOD guidelines are updated and PLEASE return the allowable maximum height of
buildings in B-3 to 60-70 feet and not 90! Otherwise the madness wont stop there. THANKYOU!
