Dear Sir or Madam,
I am the author of LSMAD (Life Safety Machine Analysis Detection), a methodological and operational ecosystem
intended for the structured analysis, classification, and evidentiary recording of pre-incident environmental states
in environments with elevated risk.
This message is not a commercial product proposal.
Its purpose is to understand whether such an approach may be relevant to areas associated with:
• smart city safety infrastructure
• municipal resilience
• urban incident preparedness
• pre-incident environmental awareness
• public safety support
The LSMAD ecosystem may be implemented as a combination of a methodological framework and technical
means applicable in urban and municipal environments for the purposes of early detection of hazardous
environmental changes, local signalling, and the formation of a more structured incident context.
If this topic falls within the competence of your department, I would be grateful if you could indicate the
appropriate function, office, or specialist to whom a short description may be directed.
Kind regards,
Janos Szeles
