Dear City Commission
Please adopt an interim zoning ordinance ( MCA 76--2-306 06 ) on which the commission can implement a
moratorium on large developments until NCOD guidelines are updated and to return allowable maximum building
height of B-3 to 60 to 70 feet, which is more neighborhood friendly than 90 feet.
