Dear Bozeman Commissioners,
Please adopt the Interim Zoning Ordinance (MCA 76-2-306) so that you can place a
moratorium on large developments (e.g., > 30,000 sq ft) until the NCOD guidelines
are updated, and (b) to return the allowable maximum building height in B-3 to 60–
70 feet, which is more neighborhood friendly than 90 feet.
