Dear Commissioners,
Please adopt an Interim Zoning Ordinance (MCA 76-2-306), so our
commission can implement a moratorium on large developments (e.g., >
30,000 sq ft) until the NCOD guidelines are updated. Please preserve our
town's historical character, (and air flow), by returning the allowable
maximum building height in B-3 to 60–70 feet. Thank you.
