Hello -
Please adopt the Interim Zoning Ordinance (MCA 76-2-306), under which the
Commission can implement a moratorium on large developments (e.g., >
30,000 sq ft) until the NCOD guidelines are updated, and return the allowable
maximum building height in B-3 to 60–70 feet, which is more neighborhood
friendly than 90 feet.
We need to protect the ambience and livability of our old neighborhoods!
