WHEREAS,Grantor has satisfiedtheconditionsforthe releaseof lienencumbering certain
parcelsunder saidAgreement.
NOW THEREFORE,the Grantee hereby releasesallof itsright,title,and interestto the lien
inthe realpropertydescribedas 1610 W Beall Streetand legallydescribedas west 175 feetof
