Regarding Application 25-709
I have submitted a separate more extensive comment, but an additional thought occurred to me:
What is the value of the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (NCOD) if there is no application of it?
If Application 25-709, The Depot on Church is constructed as designed, there is no reason to have an NCOD.
