Hello Susana Montana. I had some questions about how this project is meeting the transition requirements where B3 abuts RA. Does the UDC require the 1b adjustments? If so, why is
the south side setback 5 feet? I am not understanding bullet point 2 of the below screen shot of the Bozeman’s Real Estate group explanation of the transition adjustments. The south
elevation in the planning documents didn’t show any more than a 5 foot setback…. That being said, I am no expert at reading the elevations.
I am also wondering if the developer has plans to add stories to get the full 90 feet now allowed in the B3.
