Another monstrosity downtown. Is this by the NYC developers who wanted to build near the library?
As a downtown resident, for the love of God please consider the amount of construction worker trucks near that very dangerous intersection with Olive. Can workers park at the bowling
alley??
Driving downtown is overcrowded and very dangerous.
Also I hate that another ugly luxury condo is going up there. Traffic is going to be a nightmare. How do these projects get approved when street width and infrastructure can't handle
it. At least make s. Church and olive a 4 way stop.
I live near black olive and that is another super dangerous intersection.
Also didn't I read that population growth is flat? Joey Morrison said only 800- 1000 people move here a year these days.
I did an experiment and called The Cooper, The Freestone, The Haymaker, 111 Willson. Almost all have numerous vacancies, are offering up to 2 months free rent.
Isn't there enough building ?????
