RE: Gran Cielo Subdivision, Phase 3 – Ditch Noticing Correspondence
Dear City of Bozeman Review Staff,
This email is to document completion of the required water rights owner notification for the
Gran Cielo Subdivision, Phase 3.
Notification letters were sent on October 30, 2025, to the Middle Creek Ditch Company as well
as the two identified downstream water rights users, Montana State University (MSU) and West
Gallatin Canal Company. The notification described the proposed subdivision improvements,
including roadway and utility work adjacent to the existing Middle Creek Ditch culvert.
The required 45-day noticing period has now concluded, and no comments, objections, or
requests for additional information were received from the notified parties during that timeframe.
Please let us know if any additional documentation or clarification is needed for the project
record.
