Please see the responses below to the items requested in Section 38.220.060.A.15. in the
Bozeman Municipal Code.
Neighborhood center plan. A neighborhood center plan must be prepared and submitted for all
subdivisions containing a neighborhood center.
The first phase of Gran Cielo I dedicated a large public park to serve as the neighborhood
center that will be utilized by this phase of the subdivision. Please refer to the Parks and
Recreation Facilities section of this submittal for the Gran Cielo I Parks Master Plan
prepared by LDI Inc.
