Dear Henry Winkey,
Northwestern Energy is willing and able to provide natural gas and electric service to the Grand Cielo
Subdivision Phase 3. These services can be provided in accordance with applicable Montana Public
Services rules and regulations and the current Northwestern Energy tariff schedule. Please note that
there is existing gas and electric on site.
Northwestern Energy shall determine the locations of all transformers, underground lines and equipment
to provide for maintenance and installation. These facilities shall be located on front lot lines when
possible and in a minimum 10’ wide utility easement.
Please call or email me if you have any questions or concerns at 406-479-4638. If installation is required
prior to approval of the plat, it will be your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes which would
alter our utility design and installation.
