Please see the responses below to the items outlined in Section 38.220.040.A.13.
When the subdivision does not qualify for the certification established in Section 38.240.170 the
subdivider must provide the information regarding sanitation set forth in MCA 76-3-622.
The developer is not requesting an exemption from Department of Environmental Quality
(DEQ) infrastructure plan and specification review.
