8 - Streets, Roads, and Grades
The required information related to streets, roads, and grades is provided in this section. All
proposed roadways within the subdivision are classified as local streets or alleys and are
designed within a standard 60-foot-wide public right-of-way for local streets and 30-foot right-
of-way for alleys.
The Roadway Exhibit included in this section outlines the location of the proposed roadway in
relation to the proposed public right-of-way easements and identifies existing and proposed street
names as well as intersection locations. The Roadway Detail drawing is included in this section
showing a typical cross-section of the proposed local roads and alleys.
Additionally provided is a preliminary plan and profile of the proposed improvements to South
27th Avenue along the project frontage including a cross-sectional detail.
