The proposed major subdivision consists of 40 single-family lots, 2 townhome lots, 1 multi family lot, and 1 open space area for stormwater management. The site is located just south of Stucky Road and west of South 27th Avenue. Included in this submittal package are the following items: Documents 001 Cover Letter 003 Project Notification Letter 004 Subdivision Preliminary Plat Checklist 006 Subdivision Information 008 Streets, Roads, and Grades 018 Landscape 019 Irrigation 020 Surface Water 028 Water and Sewer 029 Stormwater Management 030 Streets, Roads, and Alleys 032 Land Use 036 Miscellaneous Drawings 001 Preliminary Plat Cover Sheet 002 Preliminary Plat Overview On behalf of our client, we are requesting concurrent construction due to unknown timing of the development of the Lot 1, Block 4, site plan.
