RE: Gran Cielo Subdivision, Phase 3 Subdivision Preliminary Plat Resubmittal #2
Dear City of Bozeman,
On behalf of our client, Bozeman Haus, LLC, we are submitting a Preliminary Plat Application
Resubmittal for review of the proposed Gran Cielo Subdivision, Phase 3. The proposed major
subdivision consists of 40 single-family lots, 2 townhome lots, 1 multi family lot, and 1 open
space area for stormwater management. The site is located just south of Stucky Road and west of
South 27th Avenue. Included in this submittal package are the following items:

development of the Lot 1, Block 4, site plan. Please let us know if the City deems this to be
