Project Narrative October 30, 2025 Address: 410 W Garfield St, Bozeman MT Legal Description: CAPITOL HILL ADD, S13, T02 S, R05 E, BLOCK 34, Lot 1 - 4, ACRES 0.386 Zoning: R-2 Residential Project Description: This project is a site alteration of the existing Gamma Delta Sorority. It is located at 410 West Garfield St. The property currently is being utilized by Gamma Delta Sorority for parking purposes. The current parking lot will remain to support the parking requirements of the sorority, in addition to any new parking that will be required for the building. There may be minor alterations to the parking lot layout itself. The building is a new construction structure, identified under group living, which is the same as the rest of the sorority.
