March 10, 2026 11:22am To: Bozeman City Commission I am writing as an individual Bozeman resident. Please move tonight’s Consent II - Item I.1 to the Action Item Agenda and vote against the proposed "Ordinance, Provisional Adoption, Establishing a Zoning Designation of R-B Residential Mixed Use Low-Medium...in Association with the Annexation of 17.92 Acres, the L Street Annexation, Application 25360." This parcel is not suitable for R-B zoning. It is a known wildlife corridor between the Story Hills and along the riparian habitat of the East Gallatin River. Any development on this contaminated parcel should be judicious and minimal. PLIis the best zoning for this location and would be a great addition to Story Mill Community Park.
