To Whom It May Concern,
I oppose the demolition of the mature trees at 321 North 5th Avenue. The property lies within
the NCOD and those guidelines call to preserve and maintain mature trees and significantvegetation within all corridors with special consideration given to mature trees 6 inches or
greater in diameter. Additionally, this development is the subject of a lawsuit. The treesshould remain in place and undisturbed until the lawsuit is resolved.
