Good afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Stapleton,
My name is James Short, and I am the Battalion Chief in charge of training for the
Bozeman Fire Department.
First and foremost, I want to extend my sincere thanks for the generous opportunity
to use your buildings for fire and emergency response training. Realistic training
environments like yours are incredibly valuable in preparing our firefighters for the
wide range of emergencies they may face. Having access to the buildings on your
property will make a meaningful difference to the readiness and safety of our entire
department.
Now that we have all the required documentation in place, I'd like to begin
coordinating the next steps to conduct training on-site. To do so, I'd appreciate it if
you could share the name and contact information of the individual you'd prefer we
work with to schedule access and discuss the training plan.
