Hello Commissioners,
Thank you as always for your hard work on behalf of our city. I will not be able to attend themeeting tonight so here are my written comments. Disclosure that I am a member of HPAB, yetthese comments are speaking as a citizen and not a board member and/or on behalf of the board.
In priority 4.b, working map would be great to include as it should allow us to more appropriately
zone historic areas.
Midtown 7th between Main and Peach rezoned to B1 and consideration as a historic district.
Shrinking B3 since RB can allow some vibrant commercial or mixed use without going to 90 ft. Couldbe a nice natural transition down to residential neighborhood. Willson has some great examples oflaw offices, Yellow Dog Fishing, etc in houses. The old Casa Sanchez is another great example.
