Greetings Commission,
I had the opportunity recently to engage with Frank Greenhill as part of the City's Adopt a
Drain Program (https://www.bozeman.net/departments/utilities/stormwater/adopt-a-drain).
Frank was knowledgeable, present, and patient in our discussion of the City's stormwatersystem, and was able to explain how newer stormwater management technology is being
deployed to improve the health of our creeks. Based on this interaction I would have noreservations with his appointment to the Gallatin Local Water Quality District (GLWQD)
Board.
