Dear City of Bozeman Commission,
Thank you for taking the time to review the cash-in-lieu resolution for rentals. As a
community development corporation that builds and preserves affordable housing in the
region, we support the cash-in-lieu program as a critical and necessary tool to
increase resources for affordable housing in Bozeman. Having cash available for
investments that align with the community and Commission's values in durable housing
solutions is an efficient and cost-effective approach to addressing our community's needs.
