Good morning,
To date, the City Clerks’ Office has not processed any public comments on Site Plan Application
25084. In 2024, there were comments about the City’s proposed funding of the project and in 2025
the project came up in comments about the Affordable Housing Ordinance.
As the public comment period on the site plan is now open, processed public comments will be
placed in a specific folder: App 25084, Hidden Creek.
Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions.

In the folder "25084 Application Documents" resides a file "029 Site Plan Review Comment
Responses", in which I expected to see a summary of previous public comments, which are
part of the public record for this project, along with a discussion of each comment. Alas, the
file held a single sentence: "Please see Projectdox Comment Responses". I searched for such
a file and found only "006 Concept Plan Review Comment Responses", a document which
holds only what appear to be in-house comments by various planners, and is dated more than
a year ago.
Please send me a link to where I can find and access the public comments.
