Thank you for the opportunity to give you my short comments. I worked for NRCS as a
senior economist dealing with conservation easements. In an easement, there are usuallycompatible and non-compatible uses allowed on an easement. Please consider this 50 foot
setback as allowing usage on this land RESPECTING nature as much as possible and I assumethat this setback will allow usage to become compatible with these concerns. Thank you again
and good luck in balancing the needs of the community with environmental functions as muchas possible. Felix Spineli
