Thank you for taking time to reply to my two questions re whether—since Februrary 1, 2026—any amended site plans or new development applications have been submitted to the
City asking for an increase in building height to approximately 90 feet in B-3.

Good morning. I have two questions:
(1) Since February 1, 2026, have any amended site plans been submitted asking the City
for an increase in building height to approximately 90 feet in B-3. If "yes," please provide
me with the application numbers and name(s) of the applicants—regardless of the status of
these amended site plans. If "no," please provide me with that information as well.
(2) Since February 1, 2026, have any new development applications been submitted to the
City proposing one or more 90-foot buildings in B-3. If "yes," please provide me with the
application numbers and name(s) of the applicants—regardless of the status of theseapplications. If "no," please provide me with that information as well.
