Dear City Commission,
I am writing in SUPPORT of this development site plan proposal that was approved earlier this
year.
The proposed services would provide opportunities for small businesses to offer services to
our neighborhoods within biking and walking distance, contributing to this great south side
community of professionals and families.
The site planning provides a nice outdoor connection to the current natural walking and biking
areas. In addition it furthers the improvements along S. 3rd Ave. so our young families and
active residents have safer use of the corridor.
This project will be a contribution to local families, professionals and the school community
nearby.
I hope to see this Approved Site Plan remain intact.
