Dear City Commissioners,
I am writing to express my support for developing a community commercial area at this
location.
Our current infrastructure relies too heavily on gas stations. Instead, I believe ourneighborhood would benefit from small, local businesses like delis or corner stores. These
spaces would serve as valuable neighborhood hangouts and allow residents to pick upessentials items without needing to rely on a car.
