To Whom It May Concern:
Please note that approval of Development Plan 25238, Lot 2, Sundance Springs continues to
violate The P.U.D and Master Plan of Sundance Springs, as well as city codes and regulations.
*· Our streets will become parking lots
· Proposed parking on Lot 2 violates setback regulations
*· Trails owned by Sundance Springs are proposed to be used without
homeowners' approval
*· We will have a citywide destination with commercial activities, not
neighborhood services
*· The land use regulations of adjacent residential neighborhoods will be ignored
*· Block Frontage Standards requirements will be violated again, despite the
Commission disapproving them in their 2024
Findings of Fact and Order of the appeal of the first application. Why are they
approved now?
As a concerned resident of Sundance Springs, I am against this particular development. When
people, especially new developments, disregard all of the rules that apply to the rest of us, the
cost falls to the residents of the neighborhood: road maintenance, increased safety
concerned, and specifically for me significant disruption of accessibility.
