Mayor Joey Morrison and Deputy Mayor Douglas Fischer Commissioners Jennifer Madgic, Emma Bode, and Allison Sweeney
We have been informed regarding The Second Application (25238) for Lot 2 Sundance
Springs, neighborhood services. This application violates the Sundance Springs PUD, itsMaster Plan and City development codes and regulations.
The project will be a city wide destination with commercial activities, not neighborhood
services. The land use regulations of adjacent neighborhoods will be ignored.
We have lived at 3505 Good Medicine Way since 1993 and have enjoyed a very safe andpleasant
neighborhood. We have seen many changes and feel this project does not fit in with theexisting neighborhood.
