I agree with the points made in the appeal 25769 of the approval of the 2nd application for Lot
2 Sundance Springs 25238. With this approval of items that continue to violate the SundanceSprings PUD, the Master Plan, and City development codes, I have to ask - why do we have
these codes then?
Based on past traffic study, there is not enough parking. Street parking is not desired; ourstreets are narrow and will not support street parking. Continuous street parking in Sundance
Springs is not allowed in our covenants.
We need to respect our setbacks as per our Codes.
We need to respect our trails as per our Codes. Some trails are on Sundance Spring commonland and need to be respected.
City Commission disapproved of Block Frontage Standards being violated and now it is okay?
Again, I ask why do we have these Codes?
Please respect the Sundance Springs PUD, Master Plan and City development codes anddisapprove of this 2nd application.
