It is discouraging that developers keep pressuring approval of projects that don't meet the
regulations and standards set by City . The developers of Application 25238 is a perfect
example. It is too large for the footprint and it would encroach upon our quiet neighborhood of
Sundance Springs. Please continue to uphold the building standards of this project and allow a
project that meet the City's and neighborhood standards.
