Dear Bozeman City Commission,
I grew up in Bozeman and live near the proposed development #25238. I
am writing to ask you to please hear the voices of the residents of
Sundance Springs and Ellis View Estates. Please do not approve this
proposed development.
The proposed development will negatively impact our neighborhood by
creating a citywide destination with commercial activities, and all the
disruption this entails. The ways in which the proposed development
violates our PUDs, Master Plans, and City development codes and
regulations are numerous and have been described and sent to the
Commission multiple times by the residents of our neighborhood. Although
I won’t list them here, I’ll mention that Block Frontage Standards
requirements will be violated again by this proposed development, despite
the Commission disapproving them in their 2024 Findings of Fact and
Order of the appeal of the first application. This alone should disqualify the
proposed development from consideration.
Thank you for considering my comments, and the comments of my
neighbors.
