The U.S.Army Corps of Engineers(USACE)Omaha District has received an application for a Department of the Army
permit pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act(33 U.S.C.§1344)and/or Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors
Act of 1899(33 U.S.C.§403).The purpose of this public notice is to solicit comments from the public,adjacent property
owners,and other interested parties regarding the work described below.

The project site is located on Baxter Creek,centered at Latitude 45.703912°,Longitude-111.108637°,within Section
33, Township 01 S, Range 05 E, Gallatin County, Montana.The project as proposed would result in permanent and
temporary impacts to waters of the United States.
The Public Notice with associate Impacts for the proposed work has been published
on the Regulatory Request System at the following web address:https:Hrrs.usace.army.mil/rrs/public-notices
Comments must be submitted by March 08,2026.
