City Commissioners,
I wanted to share with you the following High Country News article about what a peer Rocky
Mountain community has done to create workforce housing. Very inspirational!
Drawing on their example, could you consider designating the Fowler Housing Project forlocal essential workers? If you are using public resources to create housing, doesn't it make
sense to focus on housing for local workers and exclude remote workers, part-time residents,and absentee landlords?
