Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. I strongly oppose the latest development plan (application 25238) for Lot 2 of Sundance Springs. As a resident that will be affected by this, I oppose this because it doesn't complywith the regulations that rule the lot, and totally goes against the wishes of the rest of Sundance Springs residents. Block Frontage Standards requirements will be violated again, despite the Commission disapproving them in their 2024 Findings of Fact and Order of the appeal of the first application. Why are they approved now? Why do we have to go through this again? Janine BakerSundance Springs Residence ps. Please don't turn the street by my property into a parking lot.
